rsvpscale.in provides free and paid tools for Bubble.io builders including embed widgets, data infrastructure tools, and admin panel generators.

3. Free Tier

• All embed tools are available free of charge
• Free tier embeds display a "Powered by rsvpscale.in" watermark
• We reserve the right to modify free tier features with reasonable notice

4. Paid Plans

• Pro: $9/month or $79/year
• Business: $29/month or $249/year
• Payments processed via Razorpay
• Prices in USD
• Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our tools for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Abuse our free tier to circumvent paid features
• Share API keys with unauthorized users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and code on rsvpscale.in are owned by Rohan Surve / rsvpscale.in. You may not copy or redistribute our tools without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Tools are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any data loss or issues arising from use of our embed tools in your Bubble apps.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
